By using this site or placing an order, you declare that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these conditions.

8. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative.
In Senso cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
Risks related to transport are transferred to the customer upon handover of the package by the carrier.
9. Returns and Withdrawal
In accordance with European law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Legal Exceptions:
Perfume products that are opened or used cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
Returns must be made according to the procedure indicated in our Return Policy, available on the site.
