Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with French and European legislation (Directive 2011\/83\/EU), you have a <strong>14-day period<\/strong> to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This period runs from the date of receipt of the product by the customer or a designated third party.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Return Address<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns must be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>InSenso Service<\/strong><br\/>Les Fleurs du Golfe<br\/>102, avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<br\/>75008 Paris \u2013 France<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return, simply:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 send us an email or a message via the contact page.<br\/>\u2013 or contact us via one of our official social media channels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you, along with practical instructions for shipping the package.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Condition of Returned Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a refund, products must:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 not have been opened, used, or tested,<br\/>\u2013 be returned in their original condition,<br\/>\u2013 include their original intact packaging (cellophane, plastic film, case, seal, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important for Perfumes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons, <strong>any opened perfume cannot be returned or refunded<\/strong>, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used, or with damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refund<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within <strong>5 business days<\/strong> via the same payment method used for the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initial shipping costs are only refunded when the right of withdrawal is exercised for the entire order.<br\/>Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Damaged Package, Incorrect or Defective Product<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive an item that is:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 damaged,<br\/>\u2013 broken,<br\/>\u2013 or does not match your order,<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receipt, with supporting photos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Senso will then handle the entire procedure, including return and replacement costs.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following cannot be returned or refunded:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 opened or used products,<br\/>\u2013 personalized products (special editions, engravings, etc.),<br\/>\u2013 items whose sealed packaging has been opened,<br\/>\u2013 products returned beyond the legal period or our 15-day period.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 the proper packaging of the return parcel,<br\/>\u2013 the condition of the product during transit,<br\/>\u2013 proof of postage for the parcel with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure proper receipt by our services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
